1. Shri P. S. Mehra. learned counsel for the petitioner has moved an application for disposal of appeal on the basis of proposed compromise wherein it has been stated that appellant is agreed as proposed by respondent for payment of Rs. 3,000/- per month but so far as the study of daughter is concerned, the responsibility is to be born by the respondent. The daughter has already completed her first semester of MBA course from Lucknow University and she is required to complete three more semesters and the semester fee of one semester is approximately Rs. 80,000/-. It is also stated by learned counsel for the appellant that the respondent is also required to  take care of the arrangements of the marriage of daughter.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent prays for and is granted a week time to give response.
