HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD ?Court No. - 38 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 30657 of 2017 Petitioner :- Dr. Ram Kishor Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Puneet Bhadauria Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ran Vijai Singh,J.
Hon'ble Ifaqat Ali Khan,J.
We have heard Sri Puneet Bhadauria, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
In substance, the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non-providing of interest on the delayed payment of the post retiral dues. It is contended that in this regard the petitioner has already filed detailed representation on 11.5.2017 before the respondent No.1 but no decision has been taken thereon. The copy of one such representation has been brought on record as annexure no.4 to the writ petition.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.1 to pass a reasoned speaking order, on the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of certified copy of the order of this Court. The petitioner is also at liberty to annex the true copy of the earlier representation alongwith certified copy of this order.
