Shri Namit Kumar Sharma, Advocate appears for the respondent nos.1 to 4 who may file a counter affidavit within a month.

Issue notice to the respondent nos.5 and 6 by RPAD returnable at an early date.

The appellant shall deposit the entire decretal amount awarded by the Tribunal in M.A.C.P. No.492 of 2015 within one month from today, out of which 50% shall be invested in an interest fetching account/FDR in a nationalized bank and the balance 50% shall be released to the claimant-respondents forthwith without furnishing any security.

List after one month on 16.08.2017.

Any amount already deposited shall be given due adjustment towards the total amount.

In case of default in depositing the amount by the appellant as indicated above, the interim order shall stand automatically vacated.
