The petitioner has approached to this Court for a direction to the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 to ensure the removal of the illegal construction made by the opposite party no.4 over the land, i.e. Gata No. 580 and Gata No. 582 which is recorded as Khalihan and Talab in the revenue record.

Submission of the learned counsel for petitioner is that in pursuance of a report submitted by the Revenue Inspector dated 15.09.2017 proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been initiated for verification of the land in question but no further proceeding has been conducted despite representation dated 24.10.2017 made by the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two weeks' time to seek instructions in the matter.

List in first week of January, 2018 as fresh.
