Sri Manish Tiwari and Sri Vinay Kumar Singh, Advocates have jointly filed vakalatnama on behalf of the opp. party no. 2, let it be taken on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the matter may be settled in between the parties and the applicant is ready to pay the advance amount of Rs. 35/-  lacs to the opp. party no. 2.

Learned counsel for the opp. party no. 2 has also stated that he has no objection and is ready to settle the dispute.

On the joint request of learned counsel for the parties, put up on 6.9.2017 as fresh.

Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in complaint case no. 1549 of 2016, Mukesh Kumar Agarwal Vs. Susheel Kumar Goyal and others, under sections 420, 406, 504, 506 I.P.C. police station Jagdishpura District Agra.

It is made clear that in case, the matter is not settled in between the parties, the interim order granted by this court shall not be extended further.
