Learned counsel for the applicant states that the matter may be settled in between the parties and the applicant is ready to pay the advance amount of Rs. 35/- lacs to the opp. party no. 2.

It is made clear that in case, the matter is not settled in between the parties, the interim order granted by this court shall not be extended further.
