We have heard Sri Ajeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

While assailing the impugned order dated 03.05.2017 passed by State Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow in Claim Petition No.286 of 2015 (Munni Lal vs. State of U.P. & others). Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Tribunal has erred in setting aside the order dated 31.03.2011 and order dated 07.11.2014, annexure 1 and 2 to the Claim Petition whereas those orders have been passed perfectly, in accordance with law.

Matter requires scrutiny.

Issue notice to respondent no.2 through registered post.

Steps be taken within two weeks.

List on the date fixed by the office in the notice, by that time counter affidavit shall be filed.
