We have heard Sri Adarsh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Sameer Sharma, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2.

In substance, the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non consideration of his promotion on the post of Deputy Registrar. In this regard the petitioner has filed the representation before the Registrar General of this Court on 27.04.2017.

Sri Sharma is directed to seek instructions in this matter apprising the Court as to whether any decision has been taken on the representation of the petitioner which is pending before this Court.
