Learned counsel for the applicants pointed out that in this incident, the name of injured has been shown as Sangram Singh but in charge the name of injured has been shown as Asharam. In fact, Asharam has not sustained any gun shot injury and at the time of alleged incident Asharam was not present on the spot.

In this regard, learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted 15 days time to seek instructions.
