Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to learned court below to expedite the trial of complaint case no. 3475/9 of 2015, Smt. Nida Fatma Vs. Rahbar Raza, under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005, police station Katghar District Moradabad, pending in the court of A.C.J.M. Court No. 6, Moradabad.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without  expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.  is finally disposed of with a direction to court below to expedite the trial of complaint case no. 3475/9 of 2015, Smt. Nida Fatma Vs. Rahbar Raza, under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005, police station Katghar District Moradabad, pending in the court of A.C.J.M. Court No. 6, Moradabad, in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties  as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight  months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment .
