Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the opp. party no. 2, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant nos. 1 to 4 are brothers-in-law of the opp. party no. 2. The sister of applicants namely Rani had lodged a first information report against the opp. party no. 2 and his family members under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act. The father of applicant nos. 1 to 4 has also lodged a first information report under section 307 I.P.C. against the opp. party no. 2. The two cases have also been lodged against the applicants. In those cases the proceeding has been stayed by this Hon'ble Court. It has further been submitted that the applicants have not committed the alleged offence. False allegation has been made against the applicants. No offence is made out against the applicants.
Learned A.G.A. as well as learned counsel for the opp. party no. 2 pray for and are granted two weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter.

Till the next date of listing no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in complaint case no. 2781 of 2015, Shyampal Singh Vs. Deepak and others, under section 147, 323, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C. police station Friends colony District Etawah.
