Sri Dhirendra Kumar Dwivedi has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondents.

We have heard Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dhirendra Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the respondents.

By means of this writ petition the prayer has been made to issue a writ of mandamus directing the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad to decide the Original Application No. 586 of 2012 (Chandan Dubey vs. Union of India and others) in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that even after allowing of his expedite application on 19.04.2016, the case has yet not been decided. It has no where stated in the writ petition that expedited cases of the year 2012 have already been decided, but the petitioner's case has not been decided.

In the aforesaid circumstance we are unable to issue any mandamus directing the Central Administrative Tribunal to decided the case within stipulated time. However, it is observed that the Central Administrative Tribunal may decide this case expeditiously in accordance with law, keeping in mind the urgency of the matter and pendency of the such expedited cases of the previous years.
