Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to  learned court below to decide the complaint case crime  no. 190 of 2016, Satendra Vs. Hari Prasad and others,  under Section 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. P.S. Marhara  District Etah, pending before Additional Civil Judge (JD) C.R. No. 24 Etah.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the complaint case crime no. 190 of 2016, Satendra Vs. Hari Prasad and others, under Section 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. P.S. Marhara District Etah, in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties  as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment .
