Supplementary affidavit has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner, which is taken on record.

We have heard Sri Alok Mishra alongwith Sri Abhishek Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri H. N. Singh, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Smt. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 and Sri Satendra Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4.

Through this writ petition prayer has been made to issue writ of certiorari quashing the impugned selection list dated 22.06.2017 (Subject Geography Post-Assistant Professor) declared by the respondent no.3 against Advertisement No.46 dated 19.03.2014.

Sri Singh who appears for respondent at the very outset submitted that similar controversy is engaging attention of this Court in writ petition no.15940 of 2017 (Deep Mala Bhardwaj vs. State of U.P. and others) in which counter affidavit has been called for. Factum of this has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
