We have heard Sri Santosh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for  the State-respondents.

By means of this writ petition, prayer has been made to issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to provide the security to the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel has point out that the petitioner may file his representation for redressal of his grievance before  the District Level Committee, constituted for redressal of such kind of grievance.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before  the District Level Committee for redressal of his grievance which shall be decided by the committee by passing a reasoned speaking order.
