Heard Sri Kamal Kaushal Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri P.K. Srivastava, learned AGA for the State.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the marriage between the applicant No.1 and opp. party No.2 was solemnized three years before. He further submits that the matter is likely to be compromised between the applicant No.1 and opp. party No.2.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, let the matter be placed before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

The applicant is directed to deposit Rs. 15,000/- to the Mediation Centre of this Court within three weeks from today, out of which Rs.12,000/- shall be paid to the opp. party No.2 for appearance before the Mediation Centre and Rs.3,000/- shall go the Mediation Centre.

It is further directed that the Mediation Centre shall conclude the mediation and conciliation proceedings preferably within a period of three months after giving notices to both the parties.

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of case No. 15 of 2016 (Richa Vs. Rohit and others) under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. as well as summoning order dated 26.8.2016 shall remain stayed.

In the case the aforesaid amount is not deposited within the aforesaid period, this application shall stand dismissed without further reference to any Bench of this Court.

List after receiving of the report of the Mediation Centre before regular Bench.

The case shall not be treated part heard or tied up to this Bench.
