Shri Suresh Chandra Tripathi files his vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.1 today in the Court.  The same is taken on record.

Heard Ms.Priyanka Midha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Suresh Chandra Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent No.1, and Shri Abhishek Shukla, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.3.

So far as respondent No.2 is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he shall serve Nagar Palika, Shahganj, Jaunpur by dasti notice.

Let process of service on respondent no.2 be completed within three days.

Respondents No.1 and 3 are granted 10 days time to file their counter affidavit or short counter affidavit. Respondent No.2-Nagar Palika shall also file counter affidavit before the next date of listing.

Put up on 14.12.2016 in the additional cause list.

Till the next date of listing, parties shall maintain status quo in respect of the land in question.

When the case is next listed, the name of Shri Suresh Chandra Tripathi shall be printed in the cause list as counsel for the respondents.
