Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A and perused the records.

During arguments, counsel for the applicants requested for expeditious disposal of his bail application in relation to Complaint Case No. 390 of 2015 ? (Life Insurance Corporation of India through its Assistant Secretary (Estate) Vs. Smt. Shikha Ghosh and others) under Sections 447 & 379 of I.P.C, Police Station - Kotwali, District ? Kanpur Nagar, pending in the Court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar. Therefore, without entering into merit of the matter, I dispose of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with direction that if applicants appear before the lower court, their bail application shall be heard and disposed of very expeditiously by lower court, preferably on same day.
