All these writ petitions had come up for consideration before me yesterday along with similar and identical writ petition no. 25214 of 2016 (Meerut City Transport Services Limited Vs. Smt. Kamlesh Sharma and two others). 

I have heard the counsel for the parties and had passed a detailed order entertaining the writ petitions. The response was called from the respondents in the shape of counter affidavit and till the next date of listing the operation of the impugned order was directed to remain stayed. However, due to inadvertence the aforesaid order was transcribed only in the above-referred writ petition and despite parties having agreed for similar orders in these writ petitions also by mistake the petitions have come up again in the backlog fresh.

Accordingly, as the matters are identical and similar as the one in which order has already been passed after hearing the parties, I propose to pass the same orders in these writ petitions also.

Let a counter affidavit be filed by the respondents within a month. Two weeks thereafter are allowed to the petitioners for filing rejoinder affidavit.

Connect and list with the aforesaid writ petitions on 19th July 2016.

Till the next date of listing, for the same reasons as contained in the order dated 30.5.2016 passed in the above referred writ petition, the operation of the impugned order dated 31.3.2016 passed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal shall remain stayed.
