The accused is in jail since 16.10.2015.  The charge sheet has already been filed.

The learned counsel for the original complainant vehemently opposed this bail application.

However, without going into the  merits of the matter, as the injured  is out of danger and considerable period has elapsed with a stringent conditions.  It is made clear that the accused  shall not enter Radha Nivas till the case is committed to the Court of Session and except on the dates when the matter is fixed before the Magistrate,  he may enter the Village and get his presence mark before the Magistrate.  

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also perusing the material on record, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, let the applicant namely, Binda @ Govinda involved in case crime No.882  of 2015, under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Vrindaban District Mathura   be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two local sureties to the tune of Rs.25,000/- each of the like amount  to the satisfaction  of court concerned on the following conditions that:-

1.   The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence;

2.  The applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses;

3.  The applicant shall appear on the date fixed by the trial court.

4.  The applicant shall surrender his passport to the concerned authorities. 

In case of default of any of the conditions enumerated above, the order granting bail shall automatically stand cancelled.
