The sole appellant had died and substitution application no.38320 of 2016 alongwith delay condonation application no. 38318 of 2016 has been filed for substitution of sole appellant. Inspite of opportunity being afforded, no objection was filed by respondent side. The grounds mentioned in delay caondonation application appears sufficient and no objection has been filed against it, as such, delay condonation application is allowed.

No objection has been filed against substitution application, as such, this application is allowed. Office is directed to incorporate amendment in memo of appeal accordingly.

List this case in 3rd week of August, 2016 for hearing.
