Against the impugned judgment dated 16.2.2016, another second appeal no. 416 of 2016 has been preferred by respondents of first appeal. Present second appeal no. 502 of 2016 is being preferred by appellant of first appeal. It appears appropriate that hearing of both the appeals should be made together.
