Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Seen the facts that husband was teacher in an inter college and from that it can be said that he must be getting handsome salary as such he should give Rs.5,000/- to the wife for her maintenance.

It is stated by learned counsel for the husband that he is ready to keep his wife with him. 

Counsel for the wife submits that since the matter relates to matrimonial dispute and wife is also ready for mediation as such this Court may direct the parties to appear before the mediation centre. 

Accordingly, in view of the submissions so raised by counsel for both the parties, it is directed that both husband and wife shall remain present on 19th of this month. So that in case any settlement is arrived at between them then this Court may direct to the husband to give Rs. 5,000/- per month to his wife for her maintenance seeing the income of husband.
