This is a revision against the judgement dated 28.01.1997 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar, in Criminal Case No. 567/9 of 1995 State Versus Naresh and another under Sections 147, 148, 323/149, 324/149 I.P.C related to Police Station - Charthawal, District Muzaffarnagar, whereby the accused were acquitted by the charges levelled against them.

As per the law laid down by this Court, in the case of Jawahar Lal @ Jawahar Lal Jalaj Vs. The State of U.P. decided on 05.08.2015 passed in Case U/s 482/378/407 No. 1994 of 2011, this revision is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
