This revision has been filed against the order dated 15.03.1995 passed by Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Farrukhabad, while delivering the judgement against co-accused Rashid, and others separated the case of present accused Tinkoo, who was absconding.

The criminal revision is pending since 1996. The status of the case before the trial court is not clear and none is turning up to pursue the present revision. Therefore, in all likelihood, it appears that the present revision has become infructuous, which is dismissed as such.
