In pursuance of the order of this court dated 31.3.2016 the accused respondents namely Bhriguraj Tiwari, Kaushlesh Tiwari and Shyam Saroj Tiwari are present in person before this Court and have been duly identified by their  counsel Sri Dhirendra Kumar Srivastava, who has filed his memo of appearance on their  behalf.

Compliance report dated 28.4.2016 in pursuance to the order dated 31.3.2016 has been received from the C.J.M. concerned through fax in which it has been mentioned that the accused respondents Bhriguraj Tiwari, Kaushlesh Tiwari and Shyam Saroj Tiwari have surrendered before the concerned court below and have been released on bail after furnishing personal bond and surety bonds along with undertaking that they will appear before this Court on the date fixed.

Office is directed to send reminder to the concerned court below for sending the lower court record at the earliest. Office is directed to start the process of preparing the typed paper book after the receipt of the lower court record.

List in due course.

The accused respondents namely  Bhriguraj Tiwari, Kaushlesh Tiwari and Shyam Saroj Tiwari need not appear again in person before this Court unless otherwise directed.
