This application has been moved by the learned counsel for the petitioner with a prayer for correction of the order dated 29.2.2016 on the ground that the order passed in some other case has been transcribed in this case.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the wrong order has been transcribed and therefore order dated 29.2.2016 is recalled and in its place fresh order is being passed which is under:

"Learned counsel for the petitioner states that 6.3.2016 is the next date fixed before the mediation centre.

In view of above, list this matter after one month.

Interim order already granted shall continue till the next date of listing."
