Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ramesh Upadhayay, the learned Chief Standing Counsel and Sri Gajendra Pratap, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Vivek Verma, the learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4.
The representation of the petitioner has been decided by the State Government by an order dated 17th May, 2016. A copy of the order has been placed on record and has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh, if so advised.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
