Heard Sri learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A for the State.

The applicant is not named in the FIR but on the basis of one another FIR lodged by name against him wherein he has been granted bail, on the basis of his own statement has been arrested in the present case along with two other accused. One of them has been granted bail by an order dated 24.5.2016.

In view of the fact that the applicant in the similar case has already been granted bail and the other co-accused in the present case has been granted bail, let the applicant Jitendra @ Sonu Thakur involved in Case Crime No. 329 of 2015 under Section 392 IPC, P.S. Rasoolabad District Kanpur be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.

The trial court before accepting the personal bond of the applicant shall record the photograph of the applicant and his proof of identity for verification, if necessary, on future dates when the applicant appears in the court.

The identity, status and residence proof of the sureties be verified by the authorities concerned before they are accepted.

In case of any breach of any of the above conditions, the trial court will be at liberty to cancel the bail.
