Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Avinash, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent no.1 and Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3.

This writ petition has been filed praying for a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to make appointment of the petitioners, who belongs to schedule caste category, on the post of Assistant Teacher in Primary School, run by Basic Shiksha Parishad, U.P., Allahabad.

Learned Standing Counsel points out that since Civil Appeal No. (S) 4347-4375 of 2014 is still pending before Hon'ble Supreme Court and various orders have been passed therein, and as such, this writ petition is not maintainable.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to take recourse of such remedy as may be available to them under law.
