The writ petition has been dismissed for want of prosecution by the order dated  11.2.2016. The petitioner has moved this application for recall of the order.

In the affidavit filed in support of the recall application, it has been stated that one Mr. R. K. Mishra was also appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore under the impression that Sri R. K. Mishra would argue the case on behalf of the petitioner, Sri Kunal Ravi Singh was not appeared before the Court when the case was taken up. 

The cause shown is sufficient. The application is within time. No counter affidavit has been filed. The order dated 11.2.2016 dismissing the writ petition for want of prosecution,  is recalled. The writ petition is restored to it's original number.

The application is allowed.
