The writ petition has been dismissed in default by the order dated 30.9.2015. The petitioner has moved this application for recall of the order   along with delay condonation application.

In the affidavit filed in support of the recall application, it has been stated that due to inadvertence, the case could not be marked in the cause list. As such, when the case was taken up, no one could appear before the Court.

The cause shown is sufficient. Delay in filing the recall application is condoned. The order dated 30.9.2015 dismissing the writ petition in default, is recalled. The writ petition is restored to it's original number.

The application is allowed.
