Learned counsel for the parties are present.
Heard.
From the counter affidavit filed by respondent nos. 4 to 8 and 10 & 11 as well as by respondent no. 3 - Station House Officer, Police Station Karari, District Kaushambi, it can be said that corpus is not in illegal confinement of any of the opposite party nos. 4 to 11. The criminal proceedings were also initiated by husband of the corpus against his brother through an application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C which was treated as complaint. As per that corpus has eloped with the brother of Kunwar Singh, the husband of the corpus.
In the circumstances the prime requirement of illegal confinement of the corpus is nowhere and petitioner is given one more opportunity to give an exact place and the person with whom the corpus is in illegal confinement. The same may be filed alongwith supplementary affidavit within four weeks.
