Amrit Pal Singh as well as his son, Daksharana are before this Court with request to issue writ in the naturte of mandamus for extending benefit of Pradhan Mantri Jan Suraksha Bima Yojana Policy (PMSBY).

Petitioners' claim that they fulfill eligibility conditions and already approach the participating in Bank for doing the needful in the matter but till today nothing has been done.

Consequently, we proceed to pass an order asking the State Bank of India, Branch-Awagarh, District-Etah, through its Branch Manager to consider the request of the petitioner under the scheme of things provided for preferably within next three months' from the date of presentation of certified copy of the Order.

The order in question has been passed with the due assistance of Sri Gaurav Kumar Chand, Advocate as well as Sri Satish Chaturvedi, Advocate, who has accepted notice on behalf of State Bank of India.

With the above direction present writ petition stands disposed of.
