Following orders were passed in the matter on 6.12.2016:-

" Grievance is that though a recognition has been granted to the petitioner institution by the NCTE, but no panel is being constituted, and as such, affiliation is not being extended to the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel may obtain instructions from respondent no.2 in this regard.

Put up as fresh on 12th December, 2016".

Learned Standing Counsel points out that the Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority  has already directed the Principal DIET, Hathras to constitute a District Level Panel and submit its report before the concerned authority. 

In view of the stand so taken, this petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no. 3 to have the panel constituted  and submit its report before the respondent no.2 within  four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. The respondent no.2 shall, thereafter proceed to take a decision, in accordance with law, within a further period of six weeks thereafter.
