Heard Sri Mano Sharma, holding brief of Sri Bharat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ashish Pandey, learned A.G.A for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that  the petitioner No.2 Jagpal Singh, who has filed the present petition  for releasing the corpus-petitioner No.1 Smt. Priyanka, daughter of  respondent No.4, Rameshpal,  has been granted bail by the competent Court  in the F.I.R which has been lodged by the respondent No.4.

As per office report dated 12.8.2016 the notice issued to respondent No.4 has been received back after service but none appears on behalf of the respondent No.4.

The respondent No.2 is directed to produce the corpus-petitioner No.1 Smt.Priyanka, before this Court on 9.1.2017.

List this matter on 9.1.2017.

Certified copy of this order be given to the learned A.G.A  free of cost.
