The recall application has been moved by the respondent no.4 to recall the order dated 15.9.1997 of which a counter affidavit has been filed  by the applicants.

From perusal of the order dated 22.1.1998 and subsequent order it transpires that recall application has already been taken into account by another Bench of this Court. The ground taken in the affidavit alongwith recall application is sufficient to recall the order dated 15.9.1997. 

The recall application is allowed and the order dated 15.9.1997 is hereby recalled. Accordingly, the application is restored to its original number. 

Let the matter be listed in the next cause list before the appropriate Bench  and shall not be treated as tied up or part heard to this Bench merely because of the order.
