Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Room No. 2 Allahabad to consider and decide Case No. 2163 of 2015 under Section 12, 23 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act  expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the material on record, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Room No. 2 Allahabad to consider and decide Case No. 2163 of 2015 under Section 12, 23 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act,  most expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties,   provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
