Shri Rajeev Chaddha appearing on behalf of  learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that he has no instructions and as such this petition may be dismissed.

Instant petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the Complaint Case No.3 of 1993, under sections 147, 148, 323 I.P.C. and section 3(1)(X) of S.C./S.T. (P.A.) Act pending in the Court of  Special Judge, Gorakhpur.

This application pertains to the year 1993. It cannot be allowed to swing years together at the dint of an interim order which was granted by another Bench of this Court on 22.3.1993.  It appears that the applicants have lost their interest in pursuing the matter. There is no justifiable ground to keep the application pending for indefinite period. The application is accordingly dismissed.

Office is directed to communicate this order to the court below within two weeks through Fax.

The court below shall proceed with the matter, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
