Present petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 26.7.2016 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 18 Agra in Sessions Trial No. 562 of 2015 under Sections 562 of 2015 under Sections 498A, 307, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P.
