Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. and perused the material available on record.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused of the case, who is similarly placed had approached this Court earlier and the coordinate Bench of this Court has passed an order dated 03.06.2016, whereby till the next date of listing further proceedings of the case have been stayed.

In the instant case arising out of Case Crime No. 266 of 2015 - (State Vs. Brijesh Kumar & Ors), (Case No. 1610 of 2016), under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506, 427, 354 I.P.C and 3 (I) X S.C / S.T Act, Police Station Rendher, District - Jaunpur, proceedings of this case is hereby stayed till the next date of listing.
