Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Jaunpur to consider and decide Original Suit No. 1195 of 2001 expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the material on record, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Jaunpur to consider and decide Original Suit No. 1195 of 2001, most expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
