This petition has been moved for issuing a direction to the Additional District & Session Judge, Court No. 17, Kanpur Nagar, to decide the application dated 25.06.2016 in S.T. No. 231 of 2014, under Sections 323, 324, 452, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C of Police Station ? Raipur, District ? Kanpur Nagar, expeditiously.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the Investigation Officer in the matter moved application for further investigation under Section 173 (8) of Cr.P.C on 17.06.2016 and further application by the applicant dated 25.06.2016 has been moved for deciding the above referred application, but so far the Court has not decided the matter. The order-sheet dated 27.06.2016 has been annexed and in that order-sheet it has been stated that Application?19-B, be summoned and date was fixed for 25.07.2016.

In the facts and circumstances a direction is issued to the court concerned to decide the above referred application expeditiously.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
