From perusal of the order dated 22.9.2010 it appears that the instant petition was connected alongwith record of Criminal Misc. Application Nos. 4205 of 1994 and 12528 of 1986.

Learned counsel for the applicant has not supplied true copy of Criminal Misc. Application 12528 of 1986. In case the learned counsel for the applicant fails to provide a true copy of Criminal Misc. Application No.12528 of 1986, this Court  will proceed to hear Criminal Misc. Application Nos. 1679 of 1995 as well as connected Criminal Misc. Application Nos. 4205 of 1994.

From perusal of the record of Criminal Misc. Application No. 4205 of 1994 it appears that  learned counsel Shri P.N. Tiwari is appearing on behalf of applicant, hence in the interest of justice the name of Shri P.N. Tiwari be also shown in the next cause list.
