Dr Ravi Kumar Mishra, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama after obtaining No objection from the earlier Counsel together with an application for issuing suitable direction against the contemnors supported with an affidavit.

It has been stated that the order of the writ court has not been complied with by the respondents solely on the ground that Special Appeal Defective No. 84 of 2010 is pending before this Hon'ble Court. The said Special Appeal has been filed against the order passed in Writ Petition No. 8253(SS) of 2007; Shiva Kant Mishra  and others vs.State of U.P., which has no concern with the present petitioners.

In view of the above the opposite party no.1 shall appear in person before this court to show cause as to why proceedings under the Contempt of Court may not be initiated for willful disobedience of the aforesaid order. It is clarified, that if the order of the writ court is complied with in its true spirit before the date fixed, the opposite party need not appear on the date fixed and shall file only an affidavit of compliance of the order.

Standing Counsel is directed to communicate today's order to the opposite party
