Heard Sri R.J. Alvi, learned Counsel for the applicant and Sri Manish Deo, learned AGA appearing for the State and perused the record.

This application has been filed by the applicant with prayer for direction to the police party not to harass the applicant in any manner in pursuance of the charge-sheet No. 321 of 2014 dated 18.02.2011 filed in Case No. 8115, arising out of Case Crime No. 67 of 2011 (State Vs. Sant Kumar Sahu), under Sections 409, 420, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Fatehpur, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur.

The prayer made in the present application is defective one, therefore it is accordingly dismissed, with liberty to the learned counsel for the applicant to file a fresh application.
