Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and Sri Manish Goyal who has appeared for the contesting respondent as well as the learned Standing Counsel.

Cause shown for filing the Delay Condonation Application in the Restoration Application is sufficient. The Delay in filing the same is condoned and the Delay Condonation Application is accordingly allowed.

This petition was dismissed for want of prosecution on 22 July 2015. The cause shown and disclosed in the Affidavit filed in support of the Restoration Application is sufficient. Accordingly, the order dated 22 July 2015 shall stand recalled and the Restoration Application is accordingly allowed.

Let this petition be restored to its original number and be listed before the appropriate Court in the next cause list before the appropriate Court.
