Petitioner has moved the instant application for a direction to the respondent-contemnor to make full compliance of the order dated 9.4.2015.

According to the petitioner, as per pay fixation chart prepared by the opposite parties, salary of August, 2015 has been paid to the applicants but arrears of salary has not been paid till date.

List on 12.10.2015.

In the meantime, Standing Counsel shall seek instructions in the matter.
