Affidavit of compliance has been filed by the opposite party stating therein that in compliance of the order of the writ court, the answering respondent has passed the order dated 13.7.2015 permitting the petitioner to join her duties as directed by the Court subject to the order of the writ petition.
Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
On due consideration, it appears that order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed and the notice issued to the contemnor is discharged.
