Counsel for the applicant submits that when Ms. Monika S.Garg, Principal Secretary, Technical Education, Government of U.P. he gave a representation together with the copy of the order passed by the writ court for compliance on 15th and 18th September, 2015 through registered post  but till date no action has been taken.

On due consideration, the application is allowed. Counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary corrections in the body of the petition and take necessary steps.

Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent returnable at an early.
