Heard Sri Sachchida Nand Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, and Sri Manish Deo, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the correction application.

The correction application is allowed and the order dated 17.09.2015 is corrected as follows :

"In the 2nd line of second paragraph of the order dated 17.09.2015, the word "Case Crime No.7 of 2014" be deleted and in its place "Case Crime No.77 of 2014" shall be read."
